(each week on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.photoshopuser.com\">NAPP<\/a> an image is selected from stock.xchng and members create something with it) Here is this weeks starter image.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sxc.hu\/photo\/967353\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/burianek.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/967353-the-crying-girl.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>At first look I really had no idea what to do with this image&#8230; looks like someone threw a bunch of water on the girls face and her expression is kind of depressing&#8230; several members on the board turned it into abuse public awareness images&#8230; I wanted to go for something a bit happier&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>This is what came out of playing around with it. Umm.. yep more butterfles..
